S. S & Associates was established in the year 1986 by Mr. Saibal Chatterjee the present CEO as an export and trading company. It was involved in the export of readymade garments, leather goods, jute bags and other multi-various items from India to Europe and the USA.
With the economic liberalisation in India the company moved into procurement of overseas finance with low interest rate and flexible payment terms for Indian companies. Along with international financing it also moved into the field of international marketing services. The company became aware of the many large number of small and medium scale industries in India that lacked the expertise in the field of promotion and sale of their goods in the world market. With the trend in globalisation at the horizon, these Indian companies were ready to market their products abroad. S. S & Associates with their long-term associations with various companies in the west and their experience in the field of marketing have built up an infrastructure to provide a complete sales and marketing facility for such aspiring companies.
